About the Role
This position serves as the face of Alabama Pain Physicians, requiring patience, professionalism, empathy, strong communication, and effective time management. The role is responsible for front office support, patient check-ins, and insurance-related administrative functions to ensure a smooth patient experience while maintaining accuracy and workflow efficiency.
This is not an entry-level role; we are seeking experienced candidates with strong insurance knowledge and prior physician office experience to thrive in our fast-paced clinic environment.

Requirements
