As a Front Office Associate, you will act as a key pillar of our clinic team, managing the customer intake process, supporting clinical operations, and driving store performance. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will help people rediscover the world of sound by ensuring a quality experience from the first point of contact.
In this role, you will coordinate and confirm appointments, manage customer inquiries, and maintain data accuracy in compliance with healthcare regulations. You will also partner with Hearing Care Professionals to engage in marketing efforts and provide routine after-care services for hearing aid devices. Your expertise will directly improve lives while accelerating your own career in a purpose-driven environment.
