About the Team

Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) at Cardinal Health oversees the business and administrative operations of medical practices. This function manages a team dedicated to the clinical and administrative processes healthcare providers use to capture, bill, and collect patient service revenue. The revenue cycle shadows the entire patient care journey, beginning with patient appointment scheduling and concluding only when the patient's account balance is zero.

About the Role

The Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) Support role serves as a critical onsite quality checkpoint for remote RCM Analysts. You will ensure that hard copy claims and appeals are accurate, complete, and mailed correctly to insurance companies, helping to prevent denials caused by documentation or data mismatches.

In this position, you will handle physical mail, document scanning, and indexing while validating claims, appeals, and Explanation of Benefits (EOBs). You will work closely with remote analysts and supervisors to resolve discrepancies, ensuring all required tasks are completed accurately within established service level agreements. Success in this role requires a strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and comfort working with sensitive Protected Health Information (PHI).

Work Schedule

This is a fully onsite position located in Twinsburg, OH. The schedule runs from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday.
