About the Role

As a Front-End Engineer, you will partner hand-in-hand with our User Experience team to create eye-popping, user-friendly, and super intuitive online applications. Your work will empower a Fortune 200 company, requiring you to think through designs with common sense to ensure they are the best possible solutions.

This role is designed for those ready to be disruptive and interesting in the commerce space. You will not just build applications; you will participate in hack-a-thons, partner with universities on innovation events, and contribute to our famed Stamford Innovation Station to bring fresh ideas on how to do things differently. You will work as part of one agile team with product, marketing, and project management, owning your own career and destiny while delivering results.

Our Way of Working

We are proud to offer flexibility. At Synchrony, our way of working allows you the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub (either virtual or physical) for in-person engagement activities such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.
