At Synchrony, we are proud to offer a flexible way of working. You have the option to work from home near one of our Hubs or come into one of our offices. You will be required to commute to your nearest Hub for in-person engagement activities such as regular business or team meetings, training, and culture events.

About the Role

As a Front-End Engineer, you will work hand-in-hand with our User Experience team to create eye-popping, user-friendly, and super intuitive online applications. You will participate in hack-a-thons, partner with universities on innovation events, and work with our famed Stamford Innovation Station to bring fresh ideas on how to do things differently.

You will be defining the future of commerce by building amazing web applications using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Your work will involve influencing and collaborating to create an amazing online experience, working with a cross-shore development team, and participating in agile sprints with cross-functional teams. You will analyze production defects, troubleshoot systems, and work with third-party vendors to integrate software into our products.
