We are hiring for three key positions to support our daily operations:
Front Desk Agent As the first point of contact for our guests, you will provide exceptional customer service and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process. You will be the face of the hotel, greeting guests, handling inquiries, processing reservations, and providing information about our facilities and local attractions.
Housekeeping Staff Your role is crucial in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and common areas, changing linens, replenishing amenities, and performing routine inspections to ensure quality standards are met. You will also serve as the eyes and ears of the property by reporting maintenance issues or guest feedback.
Hotel Maintenance As part of our Maintenance team, you will ensure the functionality and safety of our hotel facilities. Your day-to-day will involve performing routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, and HVAC system checks, as well as responding promptly to guest repair requests. You will also conduct preventive maintenance to avoid equipment breakdowns and assist with renovation projects and upgrades.
