Located in Owings Mills, MD, we are seeking a motivated Sales Lead to join our front desk team. This is a weekday, early morning position available as either part-time or full-time. The Sales Lead serves as the face of our high-energy facility, spreading the word about our solutions and embodying our core values: playing as a team, doing the right thing, and going the extra mile.
In this role, you will raise awareness of our facility and build lasting relationships with members and the community to create a strong member base. You will ensure every member experience is first-class, from the initial welcome to ongoing support. The ideal candidate is a fun, positive, and detail-oriented people person who thrives in a competitive, team-driven environment and is passionate about helping others live their best lives.
