About the Role
We are seeking Receptionists to join our talented team in Leominster, MA. This position is focused on scheduling appointments, assisting with operational goals, and providing excellent customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, greeting and checking them in, answering phones, and verifying dental benefits. Your role involves maintaining detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment, collecting payments, and creating insurance claims on a timely basis. Additionally, you will assist with presenting and explaining treatment plans while helping to maintain a clean and professional office environment.
We are also interested in training those seeking to become Dental Assistants or Office Managers through our On-The-Job Training (OJT) Program. This opportunity allows you to grow your career within a supportive team while contributing to our mission of serving underserved communities.
