We are a boutique luxury cosmetic surgery practice located in the vibrant DUMBO neighborhood of Brooklyn. We take pride in providing an extensive range of nonsurgical and surgical aesthetic procedures, including facial injectables, skincare, and all cosmetic surgical treatments.
Unlike traditional medical offices, we prioritize serving patients one-on-one. Our serene, oasis-like setting offers a tranquil experience where we treat everyone like family. At the heart of our practice is a commitment to personalized care, attention to detail, and building strong, lasting relationships with our patients.
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Director of First Impressions to join our team. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for our patients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey. You will play a vital role in creating a warm, safe, and trusting atmosphere while counseling patients on cosmetic procedures and pre- and post-operative care.
This is a rare opportunity for individuals serious about joining and rising with a growing organization. As the sole front receptionist, you will work autonomously to represent our brand as the face of our luxury boutique medical practice. You will need the charisma to handle patient inquiries, coordinate complex schedules, and educate patients on treatments and financing options, all while maintaining the high standards of our personalized care model.

Requirements
- verifiedAt least 1 year experience in medical aesthetics

Willingness to learn office protocols, ability to work autonomously, charisma to represent the brand as the face of the luxury boutique medical practice, and experience in marketing initiatives including creating social media content, blogs, newsletters, and maintaining the practice website.
