About the Role
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish), friendly, and courteous Front Desk Receptionist to join our busy Orthopedic office in the Throggs Neck section of the Bronx. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a welcoming environment while managing essential administrative tasks.
Day in the Life
Your day will involve greeting patients with warmth, answering phone calls efficiently, and coordinating appointments. You will also be responsible for preparing examining rooms for the doctor, ensuring everything is ready for patient care.
