Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and document management
- check_circlePromote additional services and products to enhance client engagement with the health model
- check_circleMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace with attention to detail
- check_circleCollaborate cross-functionally with physical therapy, wellness, and billing departments
- check_circleUtilize and manage data in customer relationship management and electronic medical record systems
- check_circleCommunicate professionally with clients, clinical staff, and internal teams using Microsoft Teams
- check_circleVerify insurance benefits, collect co-payments, and update records in electronic medical record systems
- check_circleManage first impressions by greeting clients, providing tours, and handling phone and email inquiries
- check_circleAct as a brand ambassador by explaining services, programs, and pricing to clients
- check_circleAddress client inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly while escalating issues when necessary
Requirements
- verifiedMust have a legal right to work in the United States
- verifiedExperience with Apple and Windows products, Microsoft Teams, and relevant software
- verifiedFamiliarity with EMR and CRM systems
- verifiedAssociate degree in a related field (Bonus)
Nice to Have
Associate degree in a related field. Experience with Mindbody Online, Optimis, or Duxware systems. Proficiency in calendar management and scheduling.
