About the Role
We are excited to expand our Practice Coordinator Team and are looking for a Front Desk/Healthcare Coordinator to play a vital role in the client experience. In this position, you will blend administrative expertise with exceptional hospitality to create a seamless and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues alike. Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will collaborate with teams across physical therapy, wellness, and billing to ensure efficient operations.
