About the Role
We are seeking an outgoing and energetic Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our spa. This role is vital in setting the tone for the guest experience, requiring a friendly demeanor that connects warmly with all visitors.
In this position, you will manage the front desk with a strong focus on sales, earning commission alongside your base pay. You will also take pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across our restrooms, spa rooms, waiting areas, and wash zones. Once properly trained, you will have the autonomy to independently open and close the spa, ensuring security and readiness for the next day.
