About the Role

We are looking for energetic, creative, and enthusiastic Personal Trainers to join the Equinox team. Reporting to the Personal Trainer Manager and Fitness Manager, this non-exempt hourly position is ideal for candidates looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization. You will partner with members to establish and maintain a personal training client base, providing a high level of personalized attention and the best quality customer service. Your day will involve administering fitness evaluations, instructing members on proper equipment use and exercise techniques, and maintaining knowledge of all club services and programs. This role requires a high-performing individual who is passionate about winning and inspiring others to achieve great results.
