We are seeking a high-energy Front Desk Insurance Coordinator to serve as the primary face of our agency. This position is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a foundational understanding of insurance products. You will be the vital link between our production team and our clients, managing front-office operations with a service-oriented mindset.
In this role, you will greet walk-in clients and manage a multi-line phone system, providing initial assistance for Property & Casualty, Life & Health, and Medicare Supplement inquiries. Your day will involve processing insurance applications, endorsements, and ACORD forms with a zero-error mindset, while also coordinating the agency calendar and digital filing systems. Additionally, you will play a key part in client support by intaking initial claim information and verifying coverage accurately and timely.
