As a Wellness Coordinator, you will be the face of our clinic, greeting members and patients upon arrival and ensuring a smooth flow of traffic through the clinic. Your primary responsibility is to gain memberships to meet sales goals while providing excellent service to our members and patients.
You will educate patients on wellness offerings, share personal chiropractic experiences, and re-engage inactive members. Working cohesively with others in a fun, fast-paced environment, you will manage patient check-ins, answer phone calls, and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the workspace. This role requires a strong customer service orientation and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while upholding our core values of Trust, Integrity, Excellence, Respect, and Accountability.
We are seeking candidates who possess a winning attitude and are driven to climb the company ladder. If you have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong phone and computer skills, and at least one year of previous sales experience, we encourage you to apply.
