About the Team
Form Boxing offers 35 and 45-minute high-intensity boxing classes designed to be accessible for all fitness levels. Inspired by the boxing and kickboxing classes at our sister gym, Empower, we reimagined the experience by shortening class durations, dimming the lights, turning up the music, adding individual bags, and placing a larger emphasis on intentions.
About the Role
As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the first face clients see when they enter one of our studios. Your role is crucial in ensuring that every aspect of the Form experience is enjoyable, starting with the moment a client walks through the door. We are seeking friendly, energetic, and service-oriented individuals who are passionate about fitness and boxing to join our team.
You will be the hub of the studio, providing top-notch customer service and hospitality while supporting instructors to ensure a successful class check-in process. Beyond the front desk, you will help maintain the distinct Form aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, and culture by keeping the studio tidy and clean. This role requires someone who is organized, efficient, and well-versed in all our fitness offerings and business operations.
