About the Role
As a Project Manager in commercial kitchen design, you will have the opportunity to transform culinary visions into reality. Working alongside our dynamic team, you will design and execute state-of-the-art kitchen and restaurant spaces for various institutions, fostering environments that inspire excellence. You will take ownership of turnkey projects involving food service design, interior design, and branding. From strategic planning and resource allocation to overseeing construction administration and quality assurance, you will be the driving force ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities
- check_circleSchedule and delegate production work in the studio using the schedule board system
- check_circleManage procurement of furniture, accessories, and artwork for assigned projects
- check_circleOversee turnkey projects involving food service design, interior design, and branding
- check_circleTrack project budgets against time recorded by the production team
- check_circleCollaborate with management to develop project execution strategies and resource allocation plans
- check_circleOversee project hand-off and construction administration including RFI responses and submittal reviews
- check_circleCoordinate project-specific needs with architects, MEP engineers, and interior designers
- check_circleManage Revit models ensuring they remain clean, organized, and properly structured
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related fields
- verifiedCompleted training for OSHA 30 license
- verifiedMinimum 1 year of work experience in construction management
Nice to Have
Knowledge of KCL, AutoQuotes, CRM, Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D programs/tools. Knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and design. Insight into trends in design and construction for Food Service and Hospitality.
