About the Role
As a Project Manager specializing in commercial kitchen design, you will play a key role in bringing new culinary concepts to life. You will collaborate with a talented team to design and implement cutting-edge kitchen and restaurant spaces. This position requires you to take ownership of the project process, from strategic planning and resource allocation to construction administration and final hand-off. You will serve as a bridge between clients, architects, and internal production teams, ensuring that every project aligns with the client's vision, budget, and timeline.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleCoordinate with clients, architects, and stakeholders during project meetings
- check_circleCoordinate specification drawings with manufacturers and equipment schedules
- check_circleSchedule and delegate production work using the studio schedule board system
- check_circleManage procurement of furniture, accessories, and artwork for projects
- check_circleReview work produced by drafters to ensure quality assurance and control
- check_circleOversee project hand-off and construction administration including RFI responses
- check_circleTrack project budgets against time recorded by the production team
- check_circleOversee turnkey projects involving food service, interior design, and branding
- check_circleManage Revit models to ensure they are clean, organized, and properly structured
Requirements
