About the Role
As a Front Desk Clerk, you serve as the primary contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. You are responsible for welcoming visitors, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring every interaction reflects our brand standards and commitment to customer satisfaction. This role is vital for creating a seamless experience, from resolving billing inquiries to providing personalized recommendations that exceed guest expectations.
Your day involves a dynamic mix of administrative precision and hospitality. You will manage room assignments and rates, handle cash and credit transactions, and maintain accurate records in the SyniXis PM System. Beyond the desk, you act as a concierge, answering inquiries about local entertainment and travel, coordinating with housekeeping on room status, and assisting guests with immediate needs like Wi-Fi connectivity or room maintenance. Whether on the day shift or the night shift, you play a key role in maintaining the hotel's operations, including breakfast service coordination and ensuring all safety procedures are followed.
