About the Role
As a Front Desk Attendant, you will be the face of Mountainside Fitness. Your primary mission is to create a welcoming first impression for every member and guest who walks through our doors. You will warmly greet visitors, respond promptly to their needs and concerns, and ensure they feel valued from the moment they arrive.
Beyond greeting, you will play a vital role in maintaining the safety and cleanliness of our clubs. You will uphold club safety policies, assist members with basic equipment orientation, and perform cleaning tasks to ensure a safe environment. You will also handle administrative duties, operating office equipment and communicating relevant guest information to the appropriate departments.
