As a Front Desk/Security team member, you will serve as the initial point of contact within a property management setting. This role is designed to support the property management team by handling general front desk duties, including managing phones, emails, and scheduling appointments. You will assist with resident applications, manage maintenance tickets, and help maintain security standards while supporting various community projects.
This position requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, energetic, and possesses a "can-do" attitude. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to owners, guests, vendors, and prospective residents, addressing concerns with professionalism and finding effective solutions. Your day will involve ensuring the lobby and common areas remain clean and organized, distributing resident notices, and acting as a liaison between residents and the maintenance team.
