About the Role
As a Front Desk Associate, you are the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they have an exceptional experience whether they call or walk through our doors. You will embody LaserSkin MedSpa's core values in every interaction, reflecting our commitment to professional, prompt, and personalized care.
In this role, you will manage the guest intake process, schedule services accurately, and maintain a clean, organized workspace. You will serve as a brand ambassador, providing excellent communication and administrative support while assisting the sales process. Your goal is to respond to inquiries promptly, ensure all paperwork is completed accurately, and go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations. You will work closely with the Spa Manager, nurses, aesthetic injectors, and estheticians to create a seamless experience for every client.
