As a Non-Registered Technician (NCT) - Medical Assistant, you will join a collaborative team passionate about providing compassionate, high-quality care. This role exists to support our urgent care clinics by delivering essential clinical services and ensuring a seamless patient experience. You will be part of a large support network with vast growth possibilities, working in an environment that values personal growth and satisfaction.
In this position, you will take vital signs, collect lab specimens, perform EKGs, and administer IM injections. You will perform all x-ray and imaging services according to provider orders, update patient charts, and collect patient history. Your day may also involve applying splints, dressings, and bandages, assisting with check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining detailed records of in-house and external lab work. You will keep patients and visitors informed of clinic progress, ensuring they feel supported throughout their visit.

1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting. Experience using an EHR system. Current certification from the American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA).

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required; Graduate of an accredited school of Medical Assistants or completion of an approved program (BOTP) is required.
