The Front Desk Associate is the first point of contact for guests at our limited-service hotel, serving as the cornerstone of the guest experience. This role exists to ensure every visitor feels welcomed and supported from the moment they arrive until they depart. You will be the face of the hotel, managing the flow of check-ins and check-outs while handling reservations and resolving inquiries with professionalism and care.
In this fast-paced environment, you will balance multiple tasks simultaneously, from processing payments and verifying information to providing local insights on attractions and services. Your ability to multitask and maintain a welcoming atmosphere is essential to keeping operations smooth and efficient. You will also play a key role in maintaining the safety and security of the property, collaborating closely with housekeeping, management, and other departments to coordinate guest needs and support overall hotel functions.
