Front Desk Associate

About the Role

We are seeking a sharp, detail-oriented Front Desk Operations Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our team. This unique position is designed for someone who thrives on accuracy, organization, and reviewing work. You will be the essential buffer that ensures all reservations and operational details are precise, creating a positive first impression for every client while maintaining efficient service standards.

In this role, you will manage the flow of customer interactions, from greeting visitors and answering phone inquiries to assisting clients with rental questions and reservations. Your day will focus on utilizing our Alert rental software to process bookings, coordinate delivery and pick-up schedules, and oversee party event and tent reservations. Beyond customer service, you will provide administrative support to office staff, monitor communications, and conduct final checks of daily activities to ensure the office is perfectly prepared for the following day.

While the ideal schedule runs from mid-day to closing (approximately 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM), the role allows for overlap with morning staff to provide a structured handoff for closing procedures. For the right candidate, this position offers the potential to transition into a full-time operations role.
