Ground Control is a family-owned landscape supply and material placement company based in Southern Oregon. We lead the valley in bark blowing and material placement, and we also manufacture the materials we sell. Our team is proud of our hard work and success, having built a strong brand in the region.

About the Role

We are seeking an Office Administrative and Sales team member to join our fast-moving environment. This role is designed for someone who enjoys "winning the day" and thrives in a dynamic setting. You will be the face of our business, greeting walk-in customers, answering phones, and taking orders with a deep knowledge of our products and services.

In this position, you will manage critical administrative tasks including data entry for invoices, estimates, payments, and reports, ensuring accuracy in every detail. You will also communicate effectively with the team and handle general inquiries. Success in this role requires the ability to set priorities and meet all deadlines. While experience in landscaping or landscape supply is a benefit, we expect you to learn our full product range quickly; we encourage applicants to review our website before interviewing to understand our business.
