Come and join the magic with Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa. As a Front Desk Agent, you play an important role in providing the first and lasting impression of our guest services. You will be the face of the resort, greeting guests, checking them in and out of hotel rooms and villas, and assisting them to enhance their stay through providing information regarding resort services, activities, and surrounding areas.
Your day will involve a blend of indoor and outdoor interactions. You will be stationed both at the Front Desk and outdoors at the Porte Cochere area to provide assistance to guests at any time throughout the day and night. Whether handling phone interactions, face-to-face conversations, or managing a high volume of transactions with various forms of payment, your goal is to create a magical experience for our guests and Cast Members.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Proficient in English and Japanese Language. Knowledge of Hawaiian language. Previous work experience in a Hotel/Front Desk environment. Previous experience in a high volume, fast paced office type environment. Previous Leadership experience. Previous experience working in a Hawaiian tourism or hospitality role. Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
