The Front Desk Agent serves as the welcoming face of the hotel, responsible for greeting and registering guests while ensuring their overall comfort and well-being. You will be the hub of guest communication, handling check-in procedures, settling accounts, and managing incoming calls with discretion and professionalism. Your day involves providing knowledgeable recommendations on local attractions and dining, assisting with concierge services, and logging guest requests to ensure they are fulfilled. You will act as the primary information source, maintaining complete knowledge of hotel features, room types, rates, and daily operations to assist both guests and internal teams.
