About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Night Shift Supervisor to lead our security operations from Tuesday through Saturday, 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM. This role is pivotal in maintaining the Academy Museum's operational integrity after hours. As the Night Shift Supervisor, you will oversee shift operations, conduct daily briefings, and perform post checks to ensure consistent application of our safety protocols.
Your day will involve a dynamic blend of leadership and hands-on security management. You will supervise staff through training and coaching, ensuring high-quality customer service is delivered to guests, visitors, and clients. During special events, premieres, and the Academy Museum Gala, you will manage security contractors, oversee talent and VIP escort assignments, and direct security screening operations. Additionally, you will serve as a key point of contact in the Security Operations Center (SOC), monitoring surveillance systems, managing access control, and responding to emergency and non-emergency calls with discretion and precision.

Requirements
