About the Role

Experience a new luxury and drive to move forward at Courtyard New York Manhattan Midtown East. Located just steps from Grand Central Station, our hotel in Manhattan provides easy access to Radio City Music Hall, Central Park Zoo, and Times Square. Contemporary art welcomes you when you enter the lobby, where you can enjoy elevated amenities including free high-speed WiFi, a 12th-floor lounge, and a 24-hour fitness center. Fuel your day at our American eatery, Table 866, serving delicious breakfast and Starbucks coffee. After an exciting day exploring Midtown, guests retreat to spacious rooms featuring crisp linens, premium movie channels, and spectacular city views. Business travelers can take advantage of large in-room workstations, ergonomic chairs, and a business library with signature media pods.

As a Front Office Agent, you will be the face of the hotel, providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. You will play a key role in maximizing room revenue and occupancy while ensuring every guest interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence. This role requires a warm and friendly demeanor, the ability to multitask and prioritize departmental functions, and the initiative to anticipate guest or operational needs.
