About the Role
This position serves as the operational backbone of our office, blending customer-facing hospitality with critical financial and administrative functions. You will be the first point of contact for the office, ensuring a professional environment for all visitors, vendors, and team members. Beyond greeting guests and managing daily communications, you will play a key role in the financial health of the office by handling accounts payable, processing vendor invoices, and supporting accounts receivable efforts. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment where balancing front-desk duties with detailed accounting tasks is the norm.
