Join our Global Trade & Standby Services (GTSS) team to play a critical role in supporting Foreign Exchange (FX) settlements and international trade operations. This entry-level opportunity is designed for individuals eager to build a career in banking operations, offering training and hands-on exposure to global transactions to give you a strong foundation in international banking.
As an FX Operations Junior Associate, you will support the end-to-end lifecycle of foreign exchange and trade transactions. You will partner with front office teams to validate trade details, review and reconcile transaction activity, and coordinate workflows across internal partners and external clients. This role involves investigating discrepancies, assisting with exception resolution, and contributing to process improvements. You will deliver reliable, high-quality processing that directly supports global financial markets while building strong partnerships and developing client-facing communication skills.
This role is based at the Columbia Center with a hybrid schedule requiring 3+ days a week in the office. The standard work schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM PT.
