As a Part-Time Front Desk Attendant (or "Fighter"), you are the "face" of EBF and the owner of the customer service experience. This role is not just about checking people in; it is about embodying the heart and mind of a fighter. You are the tip of the engagement spear, responsible for ensuring that every member and guest feels the spirit of the gym.
In this position, you will champion the "Never Leave Unhappy" law, acting as the "Compassion Police" for the facility. Your day involves greeting members, managing pro-shop operations, and resolving customer concerns with an ambitious energy that reflects our culture. You will work closely with the Head Trainer and Front Desk Manager to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and service.
Candidates will be evaluated on their alignment with EBF's core values and their ability to bring compassionate, spirited energy to the front desk. The selection process focuses on finding individuals who are ready to fight as one and own their attitude.
