This position serves as a vital connection point for our customers and Wellness Advocates, delivering the highest level of customer service across phone, chat, email, and other contact channels. You will be trained to handle multiple contact types, communicating professionally in both French and English. Your day will involve resolving concerns promptly, capturing feedback, and identifying opportunities to inform customers about promotions and products. While the role requires adherence to strict schedules and performance standards, it also offers the chance to contribute to special projects as needed.
This position operates in an office environment, though remote work may be approved for candidates residing in Utah or Idaho. The role involves stationary positions and exposure to computer screens for extended periods. You must be able to work effectively under pressure, particularly during peak seasons.
Qualified candidates will be considered for the Pleasant Grove location or approved remote positions. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with the organization.
