Position Purpose
Associates in Freight/Receiving positions ensure the store is stocked and ready for business every day. These roles are critical to maintaining proper on-hand inventory and accurate pricing for our customers.
The team includes Freight Team Associates, Freight Team Leads, Receiving Associates, and Receiving Support staff. Depending on the specific role, responsibilities may involve loading and unloading trucks, moving material from the receiving area throughout the store, and operating forklifts.
Direct customer interaction is frequently required, making excellent customer service skills essential for success in these positions.
