Position Purpose
Associates in Freight/Receiving positions ensure the store is stocked and ready for business every day. These roles are critical to maintaining proper on-hand inventory and accurate pricing for our customers.
The team may include Freight Team Associates, Freight Team Leads, Receiving Associates, and Receiving Support. While the core focus is on logistics—loading and unloading trucks and moving material from the receiving area throughout the store—direct customer interaction is frequently required. Consequently, excellent customer service skills are essential for success in these positions.
