In this fast-paced, safety-focused environment, you will play a critical role in ensuring the secure preparation of freight for both over-the-road (OTR) and over-the-water (OTW) shipments. Your primary mission is to uphold the highest standards of safety while managing the efficient loading and off-loading of trailers, trucks, and vehicles using specialized equipment like forklifts and hostlers.
You will be the guardian of our yard operations, responsible for inspecting freight for damage, verifying documentation, and securing loads in strict accordance with DOT regulations and company policies. This role is ideal for an individual dedicated to cultivating a workplace where safety is the highest priority and operational excellence is the norm.
