Position Purpose
Associates in Freight/Receiving positions ensure the store is stocked and ready for business every day. These roles are critical to maintaining proper on-hand inventory and accurate pricing for our customers.
The team may include Freight Team Associates, Freight Team Leads, Receiving Associates, and Receiving Support. Depending on the specific position, associates may operate forklifts and perform critical functions to keep the store running smoothly.
Direct customer interaction is frequently required, making excellent customer service skills essential for success in these roles.
