We are seeking a highly skilled freelance Lead Video Editor to support the daily Better Together series airing on TBN Networks. Based in our Ft. Worth, TX studio, you will be the creative force behind broadcast-quality content, ensuring every episode meets the highest standards of visual storytelling and technical precision.
This role is designed for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will manage the full post-production workflow, from ingest to final delivery, collaborating closely with producers and directors to shape compelling narratives. Success in this position requires a deep understanding of broadcast standards, including color space, aspect ratios, audio levels, and captioning requirements, alongside the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
As a freelance in-studio position, this role demands a flexible schedule. You must be willing to work evenings, weekends, and overtime to meet production deadlines. This is a local opportunity only; candidates must reside in the DFW area as no remote work is available.
