About the Role

The Formulation Scientist will serve as a key support member for the Client Sterile and Specialty Products team at our Rahway, NJ site. This role is designed to drive project work focused on sterile product development, bridging the gap between design and execution.

In this position, you will be integral to the formulation composition and process development lifecycle. Your day-to-day will involve the design, preparation, testing, and documentation of formulation compositions and process definitions. You will work within a team environment to execute complex formulation development projects, handling everything from common vehicles and reagents to aseptic processing steps for solution, lyophilized, and particulate-based formulations. Success in this role requires a meticulous approach to laboratory records, adherence to GLP conditions, and the ability to interface effectively with operations personnel and management.

Requirements

Nice to Have

Experience in Biologics and sterile formulation. Experience with process development including mixing, pumping and lyophilization studies.
