This position offers a dynamic day-in-the-life on an XPO dock, where you will efficiently sort, handle, load, and unload both palletized and non-palletized freight. As a Forklift Operator, you will utilize motorized and manual equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools. The role involves lifting freight of various shapes, sizes, and weights (frequently up to 50 lbs. and occasionally greater than 70 lbs.), as well as walking, standing, reaching, bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, twisting, squatting, and kneeling as necessary.
