Relogistics is part of the largest pallet management services company in North America. We provide end-to-end pallet solutions, ranging from supply to retrieval, on-site services, reverse logistics, and packaging materials. Our mission is to make pallet management simple, and our workforce is the heart and soul of our business.
As a Forklift Operator at our Relogistics site in Phoenix, you will be vital to the success of our operations. You will move pallets and materials through various warehouse areas to support production requirements, as well as load and unload customer trailers. This role is dynamic, requiring you to wear many hats; depending on the location, you may also sort pallets by hand and repair damaged wooden pallets using a nail gun.
The work environment is labor-intensive and may involve extreme conditions, including exposure to heat, cold, and air particulates. You will be expected to maintain a clean and safe working environment while adhering to strict safety procedures. The role requires the ability to work in varying conditions, from adjusting body positions to bending and stooping, to operating a forklift for entire shifts. Personal Protective Equipment, including eye protection and safety shoes, is mandatory.
We are looking for candidates who are willing to work overtime as needed and can communicate effectively in a fast-paced setting. If you are ready to join a great team environment with opportunities for long-term career advancement, we encourage you to apply.
