We are seeking a passionate individual to join our production team as a Full-Time Night Shift Forklift Driver in Kentland, Indiana. This role is integral to our mission of providing high-quality bottled water in an environmentally friendly manner. You will work alongside a team focused on proactively supporting safety, understanding sustainability, and building lasting relationships.
In this position, you will operate manufacturing equipment, including palletizers and other machinery, in an efficient and safe manner. Your day will involve tending to machines such as fillers, labelers, and cappers, ensuring package and product quality. You will monitor the flow of outgoing finished goods, perform quality inspections, handle raw materials and finished product cases, and maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area. Collaboration with maintenance to expedite line repairs and keeping daily records of machine operations are also key parts of your workflow.
