About the Role
We are seeking Forklift Operators and Laborers to join our operations in West Bend, WI. This role is essential to our mission of managing recyclables efficiently. You will operate forklifts to load and unload trailers, move material throughout the plant, and perform daily maintenance and cleanup of equipment. This position offers the flexibility to choose from multiple shifts: 1st Shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM), 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM), or 3rd Shift (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).

Compensation & Benefits
This is a full-time hourly position with a wage range of $19 to $22 per hour. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, along with HSA and FSA options. Employees also enjoy a Collaborative & Results Driven Culture, 401K with Profit Sharing (up to 6% employer contributions), Paid Time Off, and 6 Paid Holidays.
