About the Team
Forensic Health Services (FHS), a Centurion company, is a proud provider of forensic mental health services to the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health. Our team delivers adult court clinic services to numerous Trial and Superior Courts across the Commonwealth, supporting the judicial system in addressing complex mental health and substance misuse issues.
About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Forensic Psychologist to join our Court Clinic team, providing coverage at Lynn District Court and Haverhill District Court. In this role, you will partner with the court to facilitate statutory evaluations for individuals facing criminal and/or civil matters involving mental illness or substance misuse.
You will fulfill critical statutory obligations under MGL c. 123, ensuring the court receives expert consultation on matters ranging from emergency hospitalization needs to competence to stand trial and sentencing evaluations. This position offers a dynamic day-to-day environment where you will apply your clinical expertise directly within the legal framework, balancing in-person service delivery with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule once training is complete.
