Whitley Penn is a leading CPA and consulting firm, recognized as one of the region's most distinguished and fastest-growing public accounting firms. Our Forensic & Litigation Services (FLS) department specializes in providing a full range of litigation support services. We focus on helping attorneys and their clients navigate complex financial issues, particularly those related to marital property, divorce, and a wide array of business disputes.
We believe in working within collaborative teams, maintaining an open-door policy, and encouraging entrepreneurial thinking. Our culture is built on sharing knowledge, embracing diversity, and working together as a family where every person matters. We strive to provide exceptional service that reaches far beyond traditional accounting boundaries.
As a Senior Associate in our Fort Worth office, you will be a vital part of our Matrimonial & Business Disputes team. This fully on-site role is designed for professionals who thrive in a dynamic environment where they can make a tangible impact on high-stakes legal and financial matters.
In this position, you will assist with forensic accounting, litigation support, and valuation engagements. Your day-to-day will involve communicating with Directors to understand case directions and offering strategic recommendations based on analytical insights. You will play a key role in preparing testifying experts for client meetings, depositions, and trials by organizing files, developing testimony outlines, and creating demonstrative exhibits.
Beyond technical execution, you will help lead the department's growth by managing projects, setting internal objectives, and delegating assignments. You will also contribute to our learning environment by leading departmental training for analysts, reviewing the work of Associates, and assisting in the development of professional training materials.
We are looking for candidates who are ready to join a collaborative team and grow with us. While specific interview steps are not detailed here, we value candidates who demonstrate a desire to learn, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage and lead teams effectively. We encourage you to apply if you are passionate about forensic accounting and eager to contribute to our firm's continued success.
