The Forensic & Litigation Services (FLS) Director will lead our Matrimonial & Business Disputes department in Fort Worth. This role is designed for a strategic leader who can direct, administer, and coordinate complex client assignments while ensuring the highest level of client service. You will work closely with team members and outside counsel to implement business strategies and tactics effectively.
In this position, you will guide forensic accounting, litigation support, and valuation engagements, primarily focusing on marital property, divorce-related financial issues, and business disputes. Your day-to-day involves identifying critical issues, communicating strategic direction to Managing Directors, and delivering comprehensive reports ready for attorney and client review. You will also play a pivotal role in preparing testifying experts for depositions and trials, organizing files, and developing demonstrative exhibits. Beyond client work, you will foster a learning environment by leading departmental training, reviewing associate-level work, and assisting in recruiting and professional development initiatives.
This is a fully on-site position based in Fort Worth, operating Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with overtime as needed. We value a collaborative approach where open communication and shared knowledge drive our success.
