The Forensic & Litigation Services (FLS) Managing Director will serve as a pivotal leader within our Matrimonial & Business Disputes department. This role is designed to direct, administer, and coordinate complex client assignments, ensuring that business strategies are effectively implemented and the highest level of client service is achieved. You will work closely with team members and outside counsel to resolve intricate financial issues related to marital property, divorce, and a wide array of business disputes.
In this fully on-site position based in Fort Worth, you will act as a strategic partner to attorneys and clients, identifying key issues and providing high-level recommendations. The role involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm: from leading forensic accounting and valuation engagements to preparing testifying experts for depositions and trials. You will also foster a culture of continuous improvement by leading departmental training, reviewing associate-level work, and assisting in recruiting and professional development initiatives.
