This position serves as a Lead Technical resource responsible for leading, training, and mentoring the project crew. You will prioritize and delegate responsibilities, communicate with tradespeople on the job site, and track project schedules to ensure projects are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. The role involves directing and overseeing the work of other Apprentices and journeymen assigned to specific projects, potentially including third-party resources.
You will develop and maintain productive relationships with peers, customers, General Contractors (GCs), and subcontractors. A key part of your day involves ensuring the use of PPE and the application of safe behavior by all employees, while maintaining compliance with installation policies, procedures, and applicable State and Federal laws.
